The contract for Molina Healthcare in Virginia will expire on July 1. Unless you take action now your child’s insurance will transition to Humana, a plan Valley Pediatric Group does not participate with.

1. If you would like your child to continue to receive care at Valley Pediatric Group, you will need to change your child’s Medicaid plan to one of the following Insurance plans that we participate with:
   
   AnthemHealthkeepersPlus
2. United Healthcare Community Plan
3. Sentara Medicaid
4. Aetna Better Health
5. Virginia Medicaid

If your renewal period is prior to July 1, be sure to select one of the above plans to ensure we are still able to provide care for your child.

If your renewal is not coming up before the change, you should receive information from Social Services informing you of this change and offering an option to choose a different plan.

If no action is taken, your policy will automatically be transitioned to Humana and your child will no longer be able to receive care at Valley Pediatric Group.

If you do not receive a notice from Social Services, please contact your social worker to ensure you are able to switch to a plan we participate with.
