We Have a new Patient Portal!


Our new patient portal is now live! It's a great tool to communicate directly and securely with members of our staff, request refills, see your child's immunization records, review your child's lab results, obtain forms you have asked us to complete and so much more!


How do I access it?:


  • All parents/guardians with either Joint or Exclusive rights to their child's medical records should have received an email with a link to activate their patient portal account.
  • If you didn't receive an email or you misplaced it, send us an email to vpg-patientportal@valleypedgroup.com, including your child(ren)'s name and DOB. We will send a welcome email to the email address we have on file each adult with joint or exclusive access to the child's account. You need a welcome email to be able to activate your account. For security, we can only send the welcome email to the email addresses we have on record. Changes to this account must be done in person at one of our offices.
  • Each child will have a separate account that will be linked to their parent's patient portal account, allowing parents to see each of their child's information individually.
  • With our new cell phone login option you won't need to remember a password! All you need is your phone to be able to receive a text message code to log in!
